Job summary

The Outreach Team in Lincoln, NE is hiring a Turf Director to lead ground operations for voter contact and registration campaigns. You will ensure we reach the right voters in the right areas, manage turf packets, analyze canvass results, and support GOTV strategies. Experience with VAN, PDI, and GSuite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify target precincts and voter subsets within precincts.
• Train and motivate staff with ongoing support.
• Identify, promote, and train leadership.

• Canvass weekly and ensure quality control.

• Develop strategic plans to reach target voters in locations.
• Audit campaign data on varying cadences.
