Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership to motivate and hold staff accountable; NC geographical and political expertise; ability to communicate campaign strategy effectively; willingness to listen and adapt to feedback.
• Nice-to-have experience in electoral campaigns, managing paid canvassing, and commitment to equity and inclusion.
• Advanced technology competency is required to manage data and mapping systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with project and office directors and external stakeholders to identify target precincts and voter subsets.
• Train and motivate staff; build a leadership team.
• Identify, promote, and train leadership.
• Foster a diverse and equitable team culture.
• Canvass weekly; monitor turf and precinct performance.
• Audit data quality and integrity; ensure program compliance.
• Develop strategic plans to reach voters in assigned locations.
• Monitor campaign data daily/weekly/monthly as needed.
