Sun City Hilton Head in Bluffton, SC is seeking a full-time Spray Technician to join Troon, a global leader in golf and community management. The role involves applying fertilizer and chemicals, calibrating equipment, maintaining records, and supporting turf health.

Candidates should have a High School diploma; valid SC driver's license; willingness to obtain pesticide license within 12 months; ability to lift 50 lbs; good attention to detail; and a desire to learn in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Secondary studies in turf, agronomy or insects is desirable but not necessary.
• Must have valid South Carolina driver's license.
• Willing to obtain South Carolina pesticide license within 12 months of obtaining position.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer and chemical applications
• Update spray records, inventory and MSDS sheets
• Calibrate spray equipment and fertilizer spreader
• General upkeep and maintenance on spray equipment
• Over time be able to start diagnosing pest and fungus issues
