Troon is seeking a full-time Irrigation Technician for the Sun City Hilton Head golf course Turf center in Bluffton, South Carolina. Qualifications

• Must have three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on the irrigation system.
• Determine wet and dry areas for sprinkler head adjustments.
• Inventory and stock all irrigation parts and tools.
• Operate, maintain, and repair a complex irrigation system.
• Conduct monthly checks of all sprinkler heads.
• Responsible for winterization and blowout of the irrigation system.
