PENN Entertainment in Hobbs, NM, seeks a bar/ beverage server to mix and serve drinks, handle cash, and sell pari-mutuel tickets. You will provide Red Carpet Service to guests while maintaining safety and compliance with licensing requirements.

The role requires a 21+ age minimum, English proficiency, and the ability to work a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays. Training and benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 1) Face-to-face guest service with a friendly attitude.
• 2) Knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and cocktails.
• 3) Basic math skills for cash handling and making change.
• 4) Able to read, write and speak English.
• 5) Meet licensing and certification requirements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes beverage and/or food orders.
• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately.
• Serves drinks and ensures legal drinking age compliance.
• Handles cash, credit transactions, and balance accuracy.
• Fills pari-mutuel tickets and operates related devices.
• Maintains clean and organized bar area and displays.
• Assists with inventory and opening/closing tasks.
• Provides courteous service and adheres to policies and safety standards.
