Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6+ months relevant experience in fast-paced cocktail service.
• Experience in nightclub or casino environment preferred.
• Must qualify for NMAST certification.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as part of a team and unsupervised.
• Ability to handle cash and make change.
• Professional appearance and uniform requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes beverage orders, initiates conversation.
• Prepares beverages by mixing ingredients.
• Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks; checks legal drinking age.
• Knows drink prices and measurements.
• Informs guests about Food & Beverage outlets.
• Operates cash register; handles payments and counts change.
