Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, while building a local client base and establishing long-term relationships.

This role combines tax knowledge with community engagement in a fast-paced retail setting. The position requires an active EA/CPA/attorney license, PTIN, and state credentials, plus at least 3 years of 1040 prep

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license
• PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
• Must work in a front-facing retail environment

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador by representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients meet financial goals
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit’s video tools
• Drive local client base growth with marketing support
