Job summary

Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow client relationships.

Successful candidates will demonstrate tax expertise, strong customer service, and a willingness to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/Attorney license.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax at a local TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for customers.
• Deliver excellence in customer experience and help grow the local TurboTax client base.
