Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and support using TurboTax tools, while engaging the local community and building lasting client relationships. The role requires onsite work, annual compensation discussions with bonuses, and a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) preferred and tax prep experience.
• Ability to file taxes for individuals and small businesses.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the US.
• Strong knowledge of tax law and deductions.
• Experience with tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Grow local client base and participate in community marketing efforts.
