Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and assist customers using TurboTax products while building local client relationships.

The role emphasizes customer-centric service, community engagement, and driving loyalty, with access to marketing support and tools to grow your local practice.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per tax season with professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for ≥20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base within local community and foster long-term relationships.
• Assist customers in-person using TurboTax products and software.
