Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, acting as a trusted advisor in the local community.

You will grow the TurboTax client base by building relationships, leveraging marketing support, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience, while complying with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum number of tax returns filed per season as required by law.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
