Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers with tax preparation and guidance at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will combine tax expertise with local community engagement to grow a trusted, long-term client base.

As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will deliver hands-on tax preparation, personalized advice, and software support while leveraging marketing resources to build your local practice.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/permits.
• 3+ years of paid tax return filing experience (federal/state).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax location 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to build local community presence as TurboTax Expert.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and guiding local marketing efforts.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex cases.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine service.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools; address inquiries and resolve tax challenges.
