Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses or equivalents needed.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040s (federal/state) with professional software.
• Circular 230 familiarity and onsite availability.
• Onsite 20+ hours weekly; weekend coverage possible.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; community engagement encouraged.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and advice at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
• Engage with local customers, grow client base, and foster loyalty.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using tax software and resources.
• Build relationships, educate the community, and support marketing efforts.
