Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts, working on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor in a community-focused role. You will grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience using Intuit tools and TurboTax resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, weekends possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide full service tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Attract and develop local clients and drive customer loyalty.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit tools to deliver tax solutions.
• Leverage marketing support to grow the local TurboTax client base.
