Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, providing tax preparation, advice and software support. The role emphasizes community engagement, local outreach, and building lasting client relationships.

You will work on-site, leveraging tax expertise to maximize refunds and provide future tax planning in a fast-paced retail environment, with benefits and pay-for-performance rewards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230; onsite availability, 20+ hours/week, weekends included.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and build long-term relationships.
