Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to support customers in Paramus, NJ, offering hands-on tax advice and tax preparation services in a retail setting.

You will engage with the community, generate tax insights, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while working on-site at a TurboTax location. Expect to operate Sunday through Saturday, with flexibility for peak periods, and to wear a TurboTax uniform. A CPA/EA license and 3+ years of tax prep experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license or equivalent (EA/attorney) with strong tax prep experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional tax software.
• Circular 230 familiarity.
• Onsite in TurboTax retail location; minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador and represent TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Assist with local marketing and tax education initiatives.
