Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will assist customers in-person with tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, earning their trust and driving loyalty.

As a licensed tax professional, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, deliver personalized tax insights, and represent the brand in the community while following company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willingness to work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
