Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team.

You will perform on-site, full-service tax return preparation and provide expert tax advice for personal and business needs, while collaborating with a broad network of specialists to deliver a seamless client experience. You will help grow the local TurboTax client base, build long-term relationships, and participate in community outreach with marketing support from TurboTax.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services
• Comfortable working onsite 20 hours/week or more, 8:00–17:00 local time
• Must complete required training and development
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in advertising
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Manage simple to complex tax scenarios and planning
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds
• Grow local client base through outreach, events and partnerships
• Coordinate with colleagues across business tax prep, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in a collaborative setup
• Offer exceptional customer service and clear communication
