You will engage personal and business tax scenarios, while collaborating with experts across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver a seamless client experience. • Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing local client base and participating in community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams for holistic client service.
• Deliver end‑to‑end Intuit experience and leverage marketing tools to grow client engagement.
