Intuit seeks an on-site TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a Turbotax location in the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and small businesses navigate complex tax scenarios while collaborating with a wider team of specialists.

You will build relationships, attract local clients, and drive loyalty through community outreach and personalized service, leveraging Intuit tools and marketing support to expand

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Interact with clients in person and via Intuit video tools, guiding complex tax scenarios.
