Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized financial guidance at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work onsite, planning with clients, and coordinating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services. You will build trust in your local community, grow the client base, and help customers navigate tax scenarios—from simple W‑2s to complex business income—while representing Intuit’s full ecosystem

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must complete all required training and dress in Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus, with stronger client engagement.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; build long-term relationships and loyalty.
• Connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, guiding clients through tax planning and year‑round support.
• Maintain professional presence onsite and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
