Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location.

You will engage both in-person and virtual clients, delivering personalized tax solutions and connecting them with the broader Intuit ecosystem for ongoing support. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must be willing to complete training and wear uniforms; may be featured in advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex cases.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Build long-term client relationships and trust through empathetic service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
