Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts at one of our TurboTax locations across the United States. You will perform full‑service tax return preparation for on‑site and virtual clients, delivering expert tax advice and software support while engaging with the local community.

You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to provide end‑to‑end service, grow the local TurboTax client base,

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes required
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season
• Willing to upskill into additional services
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office (Mon–Fri, 20+ hrs)

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients (personal and business)
• Assist clients with deductions, amendments, and planning
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for clients
