Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients directly, handle simple to complex tax scenarios, and coordinate with specialists to provide a seamless, year-round Intuit experience.

You will be the local face of TurboTax, responsible for growing the client base, delivering personalized tax guidance, and supporting community outreach efforts with marketing tools and resources.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and virtually.
