Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will handle full-service tax return preparation, provide expert advice, and support a broader team across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.

You will also grow the local client base and deliver a top-tier customer experience. You’ll interact with clients in-person and virtually, addressing simple to complex tax situations and guiding customers toward

Qualifications

• Active PTIN for filing taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services
• Must be comfortable working onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients
• Serve as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base
• Connect clients withIntuit solutions like bookkeeping and payroll
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist with complex tax scenarios
