Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team to deliver a full end-to-end Intuit experience for individuals and small businesses, combining tax knowledge with community outreach to grow the local client base. You will collaborate across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services, serving clients in-person and via TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software; familiar with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling a range of tax scenarios.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning guidance.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships; be the local face of TurboTax.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience onsite with professionalism and empathy.
