Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with clients in-person and virtually, delivering comprehensive tax solutions and building a local client base with cross‑selling of Intuit services. The role emphasizes end-to-end customer experiences, collaboration with a team of specialists, and community engagement to drive prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to build local client base and forward growth.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver excellent customer experience in-person and via video tools.
