Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in design of turbomachinery or rotating equipment.
• Strong understanding of machine design, materials, stress analysis, and thermodynamics.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with capacity to learn rotating machinery technologies.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Execute mechanical design tasks supporting projects and product development.
• Perform turbomachinery design analyses including FEA and rotordynamic evaluations.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to integrate equipment.
• Participate in safety and operability reviews for reliable designs.
• Review drawings and documentation for accuracy and conformance.
• Support engineering estimates and field support initiatives.
• Identify improvements to reliability, manufacturability, and cost.
