The Boring Company in Bastrop, TX is seeking a Business Development Manager to build and maintain client relationships, identify US tunneling bid opportunities, and create revenue-generating tunnel projects. You will lead business development efforts, help write and submit proposals to local, state, and federal entities, and travel 25-35% to pursue opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience securing bids in tunneling, with strong skills in negotiation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of securing bids in the tunneling industry.
• Experience engaging government entities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Identify active requests for proposals in the United States for tunneling projects and related opportunities.
• Create revenue-generating tunnel projects by persuading stakeholders that a TBC tunnel meets their needs.
• Help write, review, and submit proposals to local, state, and federal entities.
• Lead company business development efforts.
