The Boring Company is seeking a seasoned business development leader to expand tunneling opportunities in the United States. You will identify RFPs, develop revenue-generating tunnel projects, and persuade stakeholders that our tunnels meet their needs.

The role requires coordinating proposals and leading BD efforts across government and commercial entities. Ideal candidates have 5+ years securing bids in tunneling, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of strategic market engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience securing bids in tunneling.
• Proven ability to lead government bids and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Identify active requests for proposals in the United States for tunneling projects and related opportunities.
• Create new revenue-generating tunnel projects by persuading stakeholders that a TBC tunnel meets their needs.
• Help write, review, and submit proposals to local, state, and federal entities.
• Lead company business development efforts.
