Job summary

Oklahoma State University Foundation in Tulsa is seeking an Assistant Director of Development to build strategic, mutually beneficial partnerships with individuals, corporations and foundations capable of supporting OSU-Tulsa, OSU-CHS, OSU Medical Center and OSUIT.

You will cultivate a robust donor pipeline, drive solicitations of $25,000+, and collaborate with university leaders, faculty and community partners to align gifts with institutional strengths and workforce needs in the Tulsa region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing and communications, nonprofit management, humanities, or relatedfields.
• 2–4 years in fundraising, development, major gifts, or relevant professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic, mutually beneficial partnerships with individuals, corporations and foundations capable of providing gifts.
• Develop a pipeline of future major gift donors and cultivate relationships with university leaders, faculty, and community partners.
• Collaborate with Prospect Development and Research to identify new OSU Foundation donors.
• Lead donor engagement programs and annual giving initiatives for OSU-Tulsa, OSU Medical Center, OSU-CHS and OSUIT.
• Track fundraising progress using reports, CRM tools, and portfolio management to ensure effective communication.
