Job summary

Oklahoma State University Foundation seeks a Director of Regional Development to lead major gift fundraising across the central region, with emphasis on Texas and the Southwest. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing and communications, nonprofit management, humanities, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years in fundraising, development, major gifts, or relevant professional experience.
• Experience in a higher education setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward prospects capable of giving $50,000+.
• Manage a portfolio of 75-100 active donors and prospects with 150+ donor visits annually.
• Collaborate with OSU Foundation staff to connect donors to OSU priorities and proposals.
• Travel locally, regionally, and nationally to support donor engagement.
• Successfully solicits 15+ major gifts annually.
