Job summary

AIMRIGHT Testing & Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Project Coordinator) to join our Tulsa project operations team. This role serves as the day-to-day coordinator, administrator, and liaison to keep projects moving from plans to closeout on a project-site based environment.

The position is full-time, located in Tulsa, OK, with pay in the range $25.00–$35.00 per hour and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word), PDF and estimating/doc programs.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day coordinator and administrator for active projects between site leadership, operations leadership, and clients.
• Own and maintain project folders and job files with drawings, plans, RFIs, submittals, and reports.
• Coordinate billing and reporting flow; ensure testing, e-tickets, reports, and billing inputs are captured and submitted on time.
• Manage incoming client and project requests; track submissions and follow-ups.
• Monitor project administrative metrics and flag anomalies to site leads.
• Support site and field leadership with detail-heavy coordination work to enable execution.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to achieve team objectives.
