AIMRIGHT Testing & Engineering is seeking a Project Engineer (Project Coordinator) to join our Tulsa operations team. This full-time role serves as the day-to-day coordinator, administrator, and liaison to keep projects moving from plans to closeout, including document control, RFIs, and reporting.

The role emphasizes organized project execution, with overtime as needed, and a focus on accurate billing and client administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word) and PDF tools.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day coordinator and administrator for active projects, acting as liaison between site leadership, operations, and clients.
• Maintain project folders and files with up-to-date drawings, RFIs, submittals, and reports.
• Coordinate billing and reporting flow; ensure testing, e-tickets, reports, and billing inputs are captured and submitted on time.
• Manage client/project requests, track submissions, and follow up as needed.
• Monitor administrative metrics and flag anomalies for site leads.
• Support field coordination by handling detail-heavy tasks so crews can focus on execution.
• Perform other duties to support project objectives.
