Job summary

Qualifications

• RN credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required prior to hire date.
• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unit staffing and provide leadership to ensure high quality patient care.
• Lead, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff during assigned shifts.
• Plan shift dynamics and resource allocation to meet daily patient and physician needs.
• Assess daily patient care requirements and manage staffing schedules with justified variances.
