Ardent Health Services is seeking a day shift, full-time Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Registered Nurse (RN) in Tulsa, OK. You will be accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care with age-specific considerations.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state approved Registered Nurse Program.
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS certification.
• NIHSS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document patient care.
• Provide care appropriate to the patient age on the assigned unit.
• Assess data reflecting patient status and identify requirements by age-specific needs.
• Develop and modify the plan of care in accordance with standards.
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act rules and regulations.
