Responsibilities

• Lead Patient Care by delivering holistic, high-quality nursing care aligned with clinical standards and protocols.
• Drive Care Planning by initiating and monitoring personalized patient care plans and adapting as needed.
• Coordinate the Team as the central communication link among physicians, specialists, and other disciplines for a seamless care journey.
• Practice Vigilant Monitoring by observing, recording, and communicating changes in patient conditions and acting quickly on insights.
