Job summary

LGC Biosearch Technologies is seeking an MES Application Engineer for our Petaluma, CA site on a 12-month contract. You will develop and configure Tulip applications to support oligonucleotide manufacturing workflows, data collection, and system integrations.

You will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Automation, IT, and external partners to deliver fit-for-purpose digital solutions and to continuously improve processes while ensuring ALCOA+ data integrity and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing systems, MES, or similar environments.
• Experience configuring/app developing on Tulip or similar low-code platform.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs/web services, and data exchange.
• Ability to gather requirements, document solutions, test changes, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and technical documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test Tulip applications for the Petaluma site.
• Translate manufacturing requirements into maintainable digital workflows.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, IT and vendors.
• Own the application lifecycle: requirements, config, testing, release, support.
• Configure dashboards and monitor data quality, adoption, and performance.
• Provide user support, training, and cross-functional guidance.
