Job summary

LGCgroup is seeking an MES Application Engineer to develop, configure, deploy, and continuously improve Tulip Manufacturing Execution System applications for the Petaluma site. The role translates manufacturing and quality requirements into reliable operator workflows, electronic records, data collection, equipment interfaces, and system integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in MES, manufacturing systems, or automation.
• Tulip or low-code platform experience to build workflows.
• SQL, APIs, data exchange, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, deploy, and maintain Tulip apps for manufacturing operations.
• Translate requirements into operator workflows and data collection.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, IT, and external partners.
• Own lifecycle: requirements, config, testing, release, support, updates.
• Create dashboards and monitor performance and data quality.
