A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Night Auditor for TUI Cruises. This position involves overseeing guest services during night hours, handling complaints, and ensuring safety protocols. Qualifications

• Professional experience in the Guest Service sphere.
• Relevant ship experience is a strong advantage.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Relevant experience is mandatory, while ship experience would be a strong advantage.
• No visible tattoos = no aggressive tattoos.
• For non‑EU candidates, a German Visa D will be required.
• Safety certificates and US Visa are NOT needed.
• Language English B2
• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, ordering, and inventory control.
• Able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Comfortable working in multicultural environments.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and dependable.
• Strong problem‑solving and complaint management skills.
• Very good IT knowledge, especially in MS office

Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas onboard during night hours.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests.
• Conduct hourly safety rounds.
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and daily audits.
• Verify presence of all guests and crew during night departures.
• Prevent unauthorized access to the vessel.
• Manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs, print accounts, and perform daily audits.
• Collect breakfast cards from guest rooms and deliver to the galley.
• Provide wake‑up service for guests as required.
• Refill boutique displays when needed.
• Prepare cabin key cards for upcoming cruises.
• Assist with preparations for early breakfast if applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness in front and back office areas, have public area clean and organized before guests wake up.
• Place updated safety role and in‑port manning lists in designated areas.
• Check coffee machine during the night, making sure it is clean and refilled for the morning.

ISMIRA Agency – Night Auditor for TUI Cruises

TUI River Cruises designed as boutique 'floating hotels' with a maximum of 155-190 guests, offering an intimate and relaxed atmosphere with a focus on immersive destination experiences. TUI Aria - adult only, modern & beautiful river ship, the largest in European fleet.

The Night Auditor serves as the primary point of contact for guests and crew during the night, managing the front desk, handling possible financial transactions, and ensuring the ship's operations and safety procedures are followed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas onboard during the night hours.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally, notifying supervisor or Hotel Manager only in emergency cases during the night.
• Conduct hourly safety rounds between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
• Operate and monitor activated alarm systems.
• Verify presence of all guests and crew during night departures.
• Prevent unauthorized access to the vessel.
• Manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs, print accounts, and perform daily audits.
• Collect breakfast cards from guest rooms and deliver to the galley.
• Provide wake‑up service for guests as required.
