AtWork Group is seeking a dependable Tugger Operator to support warehouse and manufacturing operations by transporting materials, products, and equipment throughout the facility in Huntsville, AL. The role requires experience operating powered industrial equipment, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with tugger, forklift, or warehouse environments is preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate tugger equipment to transport materials and products safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, and deliver parts, pallets, carts, and supplies to designated production areas.
• Ensure timely material delivery to support production schedules and minimize downtime.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and material tracking when required.
• Assist with warehouse duties including staging, organizing, and moving inventory.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, production teams, and shipping/receiving personnel.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
