AtWork Group is seeking a dependable Tugger Operator to support warehouse and manufacturing operations by transporting materials, products, and equipment throughout the facility in Huntsville, AL. Compensation is $18 per hour. Responsibilities include moving parts and pallets, loading and unloading, ensuring timely material

Qualifications

• Experience with tugger, forklift, or warehouse environments is preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate tugger equipment to transport materials and products safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, and deliver parts, pallets, carts, and supplies to designated production areas.
• Ensure timely material delivery to support production schedules and minimize downtime.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and material tracking when required.
• Assist with warehouse duties including staging, organizing, and moving inventory.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, production teams, and shipping/receiving personnel.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Tugger Position

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Tugger Operator to support warehouse and manufacturing operations by transporting materials, products, and equipment throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have experience operating powered industrial vehicles, maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment, and following all safety procedures. Location: Huntsville AL $18 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tugger equipment to transport materials and products safely and efficiently throughout the facility
• Load, unload, and deliver parts, pallets, carts, and supplies to designated production areas

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing/walking for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience in logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of inventory systems and material handling procedures
• Forklift certification is a plus

Work Environment
