Job summary

Velociti Services is seeking a reliable Cleaner & Tugger Operator in Jefferson City, MO to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The role combines tugger movement of materials with general janitorial duties to keep the facility clean and safe.

• Conduct basic pre-shift equipment checks and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse traffic guidelines.
• Perform general janitorial and housekeeping tasks throughout the facility, including cleaning and maintaining floors and bins.
• Support cleanliness of restrooms, break areas, canteens, and office spaces as needed.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly work environment at all times.
• No prior tugger or Power Industrial Equipment experience required.

Overview

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Tugger Operators to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role primarily involves safely operating a tugger to move materials throughout the warehouse, while also supporting general janitorial and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.

This is a dual-responsibility role combining warehouse equipment operation and janitorial support. Candidates should be comfortable working in both operational and cleaning capacities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tugger (Power Industrial Equipment) to transport materials throughout the warehouse
• Move carts, pallets, and supplies between designated areas to support warehouse flow
• Assist with staging, replenishment, and material distribution activities
• Conduct basic pre-shift equipment checks and report safety or maintenance concerns
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse traffic guidelines

• Perform general janitorial and housekeeping tasks throughout the facility, including:
  • Cleaning and maintaining warehouse floors and work areas
  • Emptying and maintaining bins located throughout the warehouse
  • Removing cardboard, plastic, metal, and broken wood debris
  • Keeping work areas, walkways, and common spaces clean and organized
• Support cleanliness of restrooms, break areas, canteens, and office spaces as needed
• Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly work environment at all times

• No prior tugger or Power Industrial Equipment experience required
