Automation Personnel Services is seeking experienced Forklift and Tugger Operators for a manufacturing site in Shorter, AL. You will operate a stand-up or sit-down forklift and a Tugger, load/unload materials, and help keep inventory accurate while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Shifts include 1st and 2nd with 12-hour schedules; you must be able to work Sundays through Saturdays. The role offers benefits and requires physical strength and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator certification or license.
• Proficiency in operating counterbalance, reach, and pallet jacks.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials from incoming vehicles and stack them.
• Move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality issues.
• Transport raw materials to production workstations.
• Inspect machinery and perform regular maintenance for safety.
