The role supports tufting operations, creeling machines and backing changes, with prior manufacturing experience preferred. This position is Sunday- Thursday 11pm-7am.

Prior manufacturing experience is necessary.

Shaw Industries is looking to hire and train Creeler Operators who will play an important role in the manufacture and distribution of a variety of flooring solutions for our residential and commercial customers. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, interested in learning various skills, and who enjoy problem-solving.

• Give Tufting machine operator breaks.
• Help with Backing Changes.
• Creel machines.
• Help catch blow backs.
• Help doff rolls.
• Help run knots for creel changes.
• Help thread machines.
