The role emphasizes learning multiple skills, problem solving, and contributing to the production of carpet and flooring products for residential and commercial markets. Responsibilities include supporting tufting operations, creel changes, catching blow backs, and assisting with knitting and threading tasks.

Job Title Tufting Creeler Operator| Sunday - Thursday Position Overview

This position is Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am. Prior manufacturing experience is necessary. Creeler Operator Shaw Industries is looking to hire and train Creeler Operators who will play an important role in the manufacture and distribution of a variety of flooring solutions for our residential and commercial customers. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, interested in learning various skills, and who enjoy problem-solving.
