Job summary

Bear Creek is seeking a Tubing Operator to join our tubing team. You will greet guests, ensure a safe, enjoyable experience on the conveyor, and assist with RFID checks and loading procedures alongside the lift crew.

You must be 18+, comfortable working outdoors in all weather, and able to remain alert during busy periods. Prior guest service or machinery experience is a plus, with weekend/holiday availability expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Guest service experience preferred
• Previous experience operating machinery a plus
• Availability during peak operating times, weekends, holidays and special events

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, enjoyable and efficient experience for our guests on the conveyor belt
• Greet guests, anticipate their needs and provide information about facilities and services
• Provide guests with rules for the tube park
• Create an environment of enjoyment while guests wait
• Observe tubers and give verbal and nonverbal commands as needed
• Set up and tear down of tubing; daily opening and closing procedures
• Operate conveyor belt and RFID processes
• Maintain the carpet decks and assist with floor safety
• Assist with snow removal from loading area
• Observe and respond to emergency procedures and equipment issues
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and varying hours
• Coordinate with supervision on tubing operations needs and expectations
• Stop the lift quickly in case of emergency
