Job summary

Bear Creek Mountain Resort is seeking a Tubing Attendant to help create a safe, memorable guest experience on the tubing conveyor. You will work with the team and individually to greet guests, explain rules, operate equipment, and monitor RFID access.

The role requires being outdoors in all weather, standing for long periods, and responding quickly in emergencies while maintaining Bear Creek’s guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Availability during weekends, holidays and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, enjoyable tubing experience for guests.
• Greet guests, provide facility information and rules.
• Observe riders and issue commands as needed.
• Operate conveyor belt with supervision and assist in RFID process.
• Set up/teardown tubing area and conduct daily opening/closing procedures.
• Report equipment issues and assist in emergencies.
