Job summary

PERG online is seeking an outdoor Tubing Hill Operations Attendant to inform guests about scheduled activities and rentals, handle waivers and equipment fitting, and assist with cash transactions. The role supports the tubing hill, skating areas, and daily site upkeep, including late-night and weekend hours as needed.

Ideal candidates are service-oriented with strong communication skills and attention to detail, ready to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment and ensure a safe, enjoyable guest

Responsibilities

• Inform guests of equipment rentals and scheduled activities.
• Ensure rental waivers are fully completed by guests.
• Supervise and maintain tubing hill and ice skating areas.
• Review paperwork and enter information into RTP system.
• Size and issue proper equipment to guests.
• Handle money, make change, post room charges, cash out and perform cash drops.
• Inspect and maintain building, tubing hill, fire pits and skating rink; snow removal as needed.

Overview:

The Tubing Hill Operations Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guests are informed about scheduled activities at the tubing hill. This outdoor position is fast-paced and active, requiring excellent customer service skills. The attendant is also responsible for handling cash transactions and executing daily closing procedures, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Informing Guests of equipment rentals and scheduled activities

• Responsible for checking rental waivers are fully completed by the guest

• Responsible for supervision and maintenance of tubing hill and ice skating

• Checking paperwork and entering information into RTP

• Sizing and issuing proper equipment to guests

• Handling money, making change, posting room charges, cashing out and making cash drops

• Daily inspection and upkeep of building and surrounding areas, tubing hill, fire pits and skating rink; which could include snow removal
