Job summary

Nova Biomedical is seeking a Tubing Assembly Operator I for our Waltham, MA facility. You will perform routine tubing assembly using small components, adhesives, and curing systems, ensuring high quality products that meet specifications.

Under general supervision, you will read procedures and drawings, operate and maintain assembly equipment, and collaborate with Engineering to resolve issues while achieving production schedules in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School or Trade School diploma required.
• Zero to two years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow assembly procedures, engineering drawings, verbal instructions, written instructions, and manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tubing assembly operations for Core and OEM analyzers.
• Work with adhesives and alcohol during assembly processes while following safety requirements.
• Demonstrate attention to detail throughout the assembly process to support high yields and quality outcomes.
• Read, understand, and follow assembly procedures, engineering drawings, and related documentation.
• Assemble products accurately using small components requiring fine motor skills.
• Follow GMPs and quality standards; inspect completed assemblies to ensure specs.
• Meet manufacturing schedules and production timelines while maintaining quality standards.
